The SMART Investment & International Property Expos is Asia’s longest running series of overseas property exhibitions catering for the region’s growing consumer appetite for purchasing international real estate.
Sponsored by Singapore Press Holdings, the event was held on 1 and 2 October, at SUNTEC Singapore International Convention & Exhibition Centre and marked the 23rd expo since 2004.

Some of the speakers were Singapore’s best selling property and investment authors. Supported by MPH bookstores and Marshall Cavendish publishers, it was a great opportunity for visitors to get autographed books and meet the authors in person. In total over 20 industry experts from both local and overseas were involved to offer free investment and real estate purchasing advice.
